Order cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. No reversal of payment, provision of credit notes or gift cards or offer codes can be done in lieu of an amount processed on the order being requested for cancellation.
Returns & Exchange
We adhere to the highest quality checks and standards to ensure you’re happy with the product. But if there are reasons where you’re unhappy with the product, we’re happy to exchange it.

All items are exchangeable for store credit only which is valid for a period of 6 months. We are happy to accommodate returns within 14 days of delivery for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags still attached.

Delivery Timeline
Domestic: Delivery in 6-8 business days.

Flat shipping charges are applicable on all orders at INR 200 for Domestic orders (within Mumbai - INR 100). Shipping charges will be automatically added at checkout.

Tracking a package: Once your order is shipped, we will email you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can track your order status on the shipping agent's website by entering your assigned order tracking number

Non-availability on delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. Do note, orders shipped and returned due to Non-Availability on Delivery are not eligible for any refunds/ repeat fulfilment or credit notes in lieu of the returned original order.
- Modes of payment: For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is not available at the moment.
